1. General Website Questions


Q: I can not login into the website. I get invalid username or password message?
A: When you try to login don`t use your email adress. Put your username and your chosen password. If that fails then use the Forgot your password? link to generate a new password that will be sent to your email address that you used during registration.

Q: How do i upload my profile photo ?
A: Go to your profile page using My profile link then choose Change Photo option on the right side. Using the Browse button select the photo that you want to upload and use the Submit button to upload it.

Q: How do i activate my profile photo ?
A: Go to your profile page using My profile link then choose Change Photo option on the right side. If your photo has not been activated so far you will see a link: Request photo activation
Click on it only once. It will take a few hours until staff membes will check requests and your photo will be activated.

Q: How do i cancel my account ?
A: You can cancel it by clicking here.  

Q: When i try to chat with someone i get a white popup page or a white screen?
A: When that happens use the Logout button on the website. Then go to the Login page and relogin on the website. Then u can try to chat again and the white page should not appear any more. Remember when u are done visiting the website use the logout button. Note: This occurs when when you do not logout of the website then come back to our page and try to start a chat. Always log out of the website if you navigate away from our page.

Q: I want to stop getting so many emails from the website, I will check the webstie when I want to?
A: Click on settings, then click on notifications, the select "
Limit notifications to one per day"

Q: Does Colombian-Match.com automatically bill me when my subscription has expired?
A: No, when your subscription has expired you will have to purchase another subscription.


2. Account Upgrades Questions


Q: Has my account been successfully upgraded ?
A: During the upgrade process after you submit the payment information on the next page in the upper left corner of the page there will be a text message displayed. One of the text fields will be something like this: Error: SGS-000001: D:Declined   M:
That means your credit card has been declined by the payment gateway. What you can try is use another Credit Card or Resend the information
